Health Check Ups That Women Should Do Yearly

Alongside healthy habits such as proper diet, stress management, and exercise, regular health check-ups are necessary for women to identify the problems earlier. Here are essential tests for women.

Cholesterol Screening

This is a mandatory check-up for women who age 20-45 years to identify the risk of developing heart diseases. The optimum cholesterol level is less than 200mg/dl. You may have a high cholesterol level if it reaches between 200 and 239 mg/dl. Go for the regular cholesterol screening if you have kidney problems, diabetes, or other certain health issues.

Dental Check up
